Located in the picturesque village of Mawgan Porth on Cornwall's west coast, the site overlooks the beach with views inland to a small valley. The construction of a hotel partly blocked views from the house's key living spaces. With the former sun lounge being at the end of its working life, designs were drawn up to address these issues. A new internal lounge maximises views of the coast & provides connectivity to the outdoor spaces throughout the seasons. The addition of a roof terrace reinstated previously lost view points & creates an elevated sun deck upon which to experience the environment. Trelawns is available to rent allowing you to stay in one of buildings & experience our architecture for yourself.
