Located in a 19th century coaching inn in Llangatock, the Vine Tree underwent a full internal reconfiguration & redesign to create a cozy yet sophisticated space that will accommodate the new chef's farm-to-table restaurant. The floorplan improved the connection & flow between kitchen, restaurant, bar improving the number of tables whilst also creating a dynamic eating, drinking & relaxing spaces which amplify the historic features of the building & blend modern design interventions.
