Sovereign House, constructed in 1967, was a Government Office space in the centre of Newport which became vacant in 20XX. Following its purchase in 2023 & working alongside the new owners, our goal was to reimagine one of Newport's tallest buildings into 21st century living spaces. This project is closely paired alongside our wider works on the Kingsway to create a vibrant new mixed use scheme in the heart of the city centre. Having chosen to locate our studio in Newport, the team has a passionate interest in the development of Newport & particularly its city centre.
