Listed Building consent for works to allow Mountain Warehouse to occupy a vacant commercial unit. The site formed part of a 1960's development & ambitious architectural plan to create a first floor walkway along Princess Street, an aspiration that was sadly never realised. The building does however retain that design intent & plays an important part of the street's character, development & history.
