Planning & listed building consent for a mixed use scheme comprising of a HMO (house of multiple occupation) & a restaurant at ground floor. Extensive alterations had been made to the listed building by previous owners which meant a lot of the buildings features had been lost. To gain listed building consent these works needed to be documented & evaluated to assist with justifying the proposals to bring this derelict building back into use.
