UNDER CONSTRUCTION
The project required the team to rethink an old industrial building in a former coal mining area into an apart-hotel aimed at the mountain biking community. This exciting new facility will provide much needed accommodation to support the regeneration of the local community. The building contains 19 ensuite rooms with a mix of family units to accommodate different clientele along with specialist mountain biking facilities. The design development was coordinated with local structural & M&E engineers to create a full tender package of information on behalf of the clients who are based outside of the UK.
